Innovations arise from visions - shaping a sustainable future together.

The need for social innovation drove us to found Syspons ten years ago. To strengthen the impact of interventions, develop better strategies and improve the work of teams and entire organisations – these were the ideas behind our origins in the proverbial garage in 2014. That garage, which was already a shop in Berlin at the time, has since developed into three fully functional offices in Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne. The close-knit team that could once fit around a single table has now grown into one hundred people with diverse backgrounds and experience.

Despite changes and growth, it is what has remained constant that has driven us for ten years now. The need for social innovation has persisted and even grown, whether it be for local social cohesion or to address global social, political and ecological challenges. Our incentive remains the ambition to tackle these challenges and to help shape solutions with our experience and expertise. We are delighted that we are now able to do this across a range of topics that we could not have imagined ten years ago.

This was made possible by the trust and good cooperation with our clients, the valuable collaboration with various partner organisations and, last but not least, our wonderful and dedicated team. We would like to thank everyone who has accompanied us over the past ten years for this time together and look forward to working with them in the future. We are not finished yet.
